What is a Sandwich Technology? What are its benefits?

Zanuff uses sandwich technology to make its Frying Pans, Sauce Pans and Cookpots. Sandwich technology is also known as sandwich bottom technology. In this technology, an aluminium layer is sandwiched between the two layers of stainless steel at the bottom of the pans. We use stainless steel 304 and 430 grade layers to sandwich the aluminium layer between the two.

The Sandwich Technology ensures even heating distribution during cooking so that there are no hot spots. It also improves thermal conductivity and cooking performance which is critically important in a restaurant kitchen. Due to such tough materials used in the bottom with strong layering, Zanuff’s products last long and make the cooking operation smooth.
